Who receives your information
This independent Five Oaks website is operated for Team Arora. When you submit an enquiry, the information you provide is used to respond about Five Oaks pricing, floor plans, home preferences and availability.
Information collected
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number, home preference and whether you are a real estate agent. Technical information such as referral URL, browser details and a hashed IP address may accompany the request.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries may be processed through database and CRM service providers configured for this website. Access should be limited to the people and providers who need it to respond to and manage enquiries. We do not sell your enquiry information.
Saved home shortlists
The home finder stores selected floor-plan identifiers and any private notes in your browser so you can return to your shortlist. This feature does not require an account. Shared shortlist links contain selected plan identifiers, but do not include your private notes. Choosing the enquiry button opens an email draft with the selected homes and notes for you to review before sending.
Your choices
You can ask the team member who contacts you to stop marketing communications or request access, correction or deletion of your information. Do not submit sensitive financial or identification documents through this form.
Project independence
This website is independent of Caivan. Opening a link to the builder or another external service is subject to that service’s privacy practices.
