The supplied limited-time bonus sheets apply to October 24–25, 2026. Ask for the sheet for your chosen collection and lot to confirm the cash incentive, Design Studio credit and any other inclusions.
The advertised prices already include limited-time incentives. Do not subtract a cash bonus a second time. Tax rebate eligibility, lot premiums, upgrades and additional charges can affect your purchase price.

Ashford Towns are back-to-back designs at 1,388–1,532 sq. ft. The 24′ collection offers larger plans with finished basement space. Advantage Townhomes offer legal secondary-suite configurations with private dedicated entrances.

Explore detached layouts ↗October 20 sheets list Ashford closings in September–October 2028, 24′ townhomes in October 2028 and listed Advantage homes in March 2029. Confirm the date for your specific lot; dates can change.
